Steps

1. Activate Oko, Lorwyn Liege's first ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, causing North Pole Patrol to gain all creature types
2. Activate North Pole Patrol by tapping it, targeting Samut
3. Magda triggers, creating a Treasure token
4. Resolve the North Pole Patrol ability, untapping Samut
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Activate Samut by paying and tapping it, targeting North Pole Patrol
7. Magda triggers, creating a Treasure token
8. Resolve the Samut trigger, untapping North Pole Patrol
9. Repeat from step 2
