• Builder's Talent on the battlefield
• Jeweled Lotus in hand

Steps

1. Cast Jeweled Lotus by paying its mana cost
2. When Jeweled Lotus enters, Builder's Talent's second ability triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Jeweled Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it
4. Resolve the Builder's Talent trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness
5. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Jeweled Lotus from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat

• Infinite colored mana that can only be spent to cast your commander
• Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature
