• Doubling Season on the battlefield
• Tamiyo, the Moon Sage in hand
• Jeweled Lotus on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Tamiyo by paying
2. Tamiyo enters the battlefield with eight loyalty counters on it due to Doubling Season
3. Activate Tamiyo's third loyalty ability by removing eight loyalty counters from it, causing you to get its emblem
4. Cast Jeweled Lotus by paying
5. Activate Jeweled Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it, adding three mana of any color that can only be spent to cast your commander
6. Tamiyo's emblem triggers, returning Jeweled Lotus from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat from step 3

• Infinite storm count
• Infinite colored mana that can only be spent to cast your commander
