Steps

1. Play Izzet Boilerworks
2. Kodama of the East Tree, Spark Double, and Izzet Boilerworks trigger
3. Resolve the Spark Double trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield
4. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it to your hand
5. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Izzet Boilerworks onto the battlefield
6. Spark Double and Izzet Boilerworks trigger
7. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it to your hand
8. Resolve the Spark Double token's trigger, putting Izzet Boilerworks onto the battlefield
9. Kodama of the East Tree and Izzet Boilerworks trigger
10. Repeat from step 5
