Steps

1. Play Azorius Chancery
2. Kodama of the East Tree, Spark Double, and Azorius Chancery trigger
3. Resolve the Spark Double trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield
4. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it to your hand
5. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Azorius Chancery onto the battlefield
6. Spark Double and Azorius Chancery trigger
7. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it to your hand
8. Resolve the Spark Double token's trigger, putting Azorius Chancery onto the battlefield
9. Kodama of the East Tree and Azorius Chancery trigger
10. Repeat from step 5
