Steps

1. Cast Kodama of the East Tree by paying
2. Holding priority, cast Double Major by paying , copying the Kodama of the East Tree spell, with the copy not being legendary
3. Resolve both Kodama of the East Tree spells
4. Play Boros Garrison
5. Both Kodama of the East Trees and Boros Garrison trigger
6. Resolve the token Kodama of the East Tree trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield
7. Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield
8. Resolve the nontoken Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Boros Garrison from your hand onto the battlefield
9. The token Kodama of the East Tree and Boros Garrison trigger
10. Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield
