Prerequisites

• Kodama of the East Tree on the battlefield
• Helm of the Host on the battlefield
• Acererak the Archlich in hand
• Helm of the Host attached to Kodama
• You have not completed Tomb of Annihilation
• available

Steps

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a nonlegendary copy of Kodama
2. Cast Acererak by paying
3. Acererak enters the battlefield, triggering itself, Kodama and the Kodama token
4. Resolve the nontoken Kodama trigger, choosing not to put anything on the battlefield
5. Resolve the Acererak trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand and venturing into any dungeon except Tomb of Annihilation
6. Resolve the token Kodama trigger, putting Acererak from your hand onto the battlefield
7. Acererak enters the battlefield, triggering itself and the nontoken Kodama
8. Resolve the Acererak trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand and venturing into any dungeon except Tomb of Annihilation
9. Resolve the nontoken Kodama trigger, putting Acererak from your hand onto the battlefield
10. Acererak enters the battlefield, triggering itself and the token Kodama
11. Repeat from step 5
