Steps

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a token copy of Kodama of the East Tree that isn't legendary
2. Play Simic Growth Chamber
3. Kodama of the East Tree, the Kodama of the East Tree token, and Simic Growth Chamber trigger
4. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree token's trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield
5. Resolve the Simic Growth Chamber trigger, returning it to your hand
