Steps

1. Cast Dockside Chef by paying
2. Tatsunari triggers, creating a 3/3 Keimi legendary creature token
3. Keimi enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio and Carnival of Souls
4. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing from the battlefield to your hand
