• Corpsejack Menace on the battlefield
• Dualcaster Mage in hand

Steps

1. Cast Quandrix Command choosing to return a creature to its owners hand, and to put two +1/+1 counters on a creature
2. Maintaining priority, cast Dualcaster Mage
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it copies Quandrix Command, choosing to return Dualcaster Mage to your hand and to put two +1/+1 counters on Crytalline Crawler
4. Put four +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler
5. Remove three +1/+1 counters from Crystalline Crawler, adding
6. Repeat steps 2-5
