Steps

1. Declare Fire Lord Azula as an attacker, triggering its firebending ability, adding
2. Holding priority, activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least
3. Cast Snap by paying , targeting any creature
4. Fire Lord Azula triggers, copying Snap
5. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost
6. Fire Lord Azula triggers, copying Dualcaster Mage
7. Resolve the copy of Dualcaster Mage
8. When it enters, it triggers, copying Snap, targeting any other creature
9. Resolve Snap, returning the targeted creature from the battlefield to its owner's hand and untapping up to two lands
10. Holding priority, activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least
11. Resolve the original Dualcaster Mage spell
12. When it enters, it triggers, copying Snap, with Snap targeting Dualcaster Mage
13. Resolve the copy of Snap, returning Dualcaster Mage from the battlefield to its owner's hand and untapping up to two lands
14. Holding priority, activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least
15. Repeat from step 5
