• Release to the Wind in hand
• At least one nonland permanent on the battlefield
• available

Steps

1. Cast Release to the Wind by paying , targeting any nonland permanent
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying
3. Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, copying Release to the Wind
4. Resolve the Release to the Wind copy, exiling Dualcaster Mage
5. Cast Dualcaster Mage from exile by paying
6. Repeat from step 3

• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite storm count
