Steps

1. Cast Red Sun's Twilight with X equal to 5 by paying
2. In response, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying
3. Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, copying Red Sun's Twilight targeting itself and up to four other artifacts
4. Resolve that copy, destroying all its targets then creating a token copy of each artifact destroyed
5. Repeat from step 3

• Create a copy of each artifact an opponent controls
• Destroy all artifacts opponents control
• Infinite blinking of nonland permanents you control
