• Dualcaster Mage in hand
• Wake the Past in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Wake the Past by paying
2. In response, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying
3. Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, copying Wake the Past
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, causing any player to mill two cards
5. Resolve a copy of Wake the Past, returning all nonland permanent cards from your graveyard to the battlefield and giving them haste
6. Repeat from step 3
