Steps

1. Cast Renegade Doppelganger by paying
2. Renegade Doppelganger enters the battlefield as a copy of Mirror-Mad Phantasm
3. Activate the Mirror-Mad Phantasm copy's ability by paying , causing you to shuffle Renegade Doppelganger into your library and mill all cards from your library
4. Cast Thassa's Oracle by paying
5. Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, causing you to win the game
