Prerequisites

• Chainer, Dementia Master on the battlefield
• Wurmcoil Engine on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• South Wind Avatar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and South Wind Avatar's first ability trigger
3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve the South Wind Avatar trigger, causing you to gain 1 life
5. South Wind Avatar's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
7. When the Wurms die, South Wind Avatar's first ability triggers twice
8. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each of the South Wind Avatar triggers
9. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
10. Repeat
