Prerequisites

• Chainer, Dementia Master on the battlefield
• Wurmcoil Engine on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Syr Vondam, Sunstar Exemplar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Syr Vondam trigger
3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve the Syr Vondam trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to gain 1 life
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
6. When the Wurms die, Syr Vondam trigger twice, putting two +1/+1 counters on it and causing you to gain 2 life
7. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
8. Repeat
