Prerequisites

• Chainer, Dementia Master on the battlefield
• Wurmcoil Engine on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Moldervine Reclamation on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Moldervine Reclamation trigger
3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve the Moldervine Reclamation trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and draw a card
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
6. When the Wurms die, Moldervine Reclamation trigger twice, causing you to gain 2 life and draw two cards
7. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
8. Repeat
