Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Pious Evangel // Wayward Disciple trigger
3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve the Pious Evangel // Wayward Disciple trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and an opponent to lose 1 life
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
6. When the Wurms die, Pious Evangel // Wayward Disciple trigger twice, causing you to gain 2 life and an opponent to lose 2 life
7. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
8. Repeat
