Steps

1. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
2. When Wurmcoil Engine enters the battlefield, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
4. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Elas il-Kor's second ability trigger
5. Resolve the Elas il-Kor trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life
6. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
7. When the Wurms enter the battlefield, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life
8. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurms, adding
9. When the Wurms die, Elas il-Kor's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life
10. Repeat
