Chainer, Dementia Master, Wurmcoil Engine, Phyrexian Altar, and Vindictive Vampire

Prerequisites

• Chainer, Dementia Master on the battlefield
• Wurmcoil Engine on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Vindictive Vampire on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Vindictive Vampire trigger
3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve the Vindictive Vampire trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and dealing 1 damage to each opponent
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
6. When the Wurms die, Vindictive Vampire trigger twice, causing you to gain 2 life and dealing 2 damage to each opponent
7. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
8. Repeat
