Steps

1. Cast Banishing Knack by paying , targeting Steelfin Whale
2. Cast Tooth of Chiss-Goria by paying
3. Steelfin Whale triggers, untapping itself
4. Activate Tooth of Chiss-Goria by tapping it, giving target creature +1/+0 until end of turn
5. Activate Steelfin Whale by tapping it, returning Tooth of Chiss-Goria to your hand from the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinitely powerful creatures until end of turn
• Infinite storm count
