Steps

1. Cast Scurry Oak by paying its mana cost, causing it to enter with a +1/+1 counter due to Arwen
2. When Scurry Oak enters, it triggers, creating a creature token that enters with a +1/+1 counter due to Arwen
3. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing the creature token
4. When the creature token dies, Reyhan triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters on Scurry Oak Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token that enters with a +1/+1 counter due to Arwen
5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability
6. Repeat from step 3
