Steps

1. Cast Storm Herd by paying , causing you to create a number of 1/1 Pegasus creature tokens equal to your life total
2. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Mayael's Aria triggers, as well as Hanweir Militia Captain if it isn't transformed
3. Resolve the Hanweir Militia Captain trigger, if applicable, causing it to transform
4. Resolve the Mayael's Aria trigger, causing you to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, gain ten life and win the game
