• Syr Konrad, the Grim on the battlefield
• Tortured Existence on the battlefield
• Phyresis on the battlefield
• Phyresis attached to Syr Konrad
• One additional creature card in your graveyard
• One additional creature card in hand

Steps

1. Activate Tortured Existence by paying and discarding a creature card
2. The creature card is put into your graveyard, triggering Syr Konrad, causing it to deal one infect damage to each opponent
3. Resolve the Tortured Existence ability, returning a creature card from your graveyard to your hand
4. The creature card leaves your graveyard, triggering Syr Konrad, causing it to deal one infect damage to each opponent
5. Repeat four more times
