• Samwise Gamgee on the battlefield
• Bill the Pony in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Animar, Soul of Elements on the battlefield
• Animar has at least three +1/+1 counters on it
• available

Steps

1. Cast Bill the Pony by paying
2. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
3. When Bill the Pony enters the battlefield, it and Samwise trigger
4. Resolve the Samwise trigger, creating a Food artifact token
5. Resolve the Bill the Pony trigger, creating two Food artifact tokens
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bill the Pony, adding
7. Activate Samwise by sacrificing three Foods, returning Bill the Pony to your hand from your graveyard
8. Repeat
