Steps

1. Cast Ashcloud Phoenix by paying
2. When Ashcloud Phoenix enters the battlefield, Aether Flash triggers, dealing 2 damage to it
3. Ashcloud Phoenix dies as a state-based action due to having less than 0 toughness
4. Ashcloud Phoenix's first ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield face-down
5. When Ashcloud Phoenix enters the battlefield face-down, Aether Flash triggers, dealing 2 damage to it
6. Ashcloud Phoenix dies as a state-based action due to having less than 0 toughness
7. Yarus' second ability triggers, returning Ashcloud Phoenix from your graveyard to the battlefield face-down, and then turning it face-up
8. Aether Flash and Ashcloud Phoenix's second ability trigger
9. Resolve the Ashcloud Phoenix trigger, dealing 2 damage to each player
10. Resolve the Aether Flash trigger, dealing 2 damage to Ashcloud Phoenix
11. Repeat from step 3
