Steps

1. Cast High Tide by paying
2. Activate an Island by tapping it, adding
3. High Tide triggers, adding
4. Activate Ioreth of the Healing House by tapping it, untapping the Island
5. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Ioreth of the Healing House
6. Repeat from step 2
