Steps

1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Lesser Masticore, adding
2. When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability triggers if it didn't have a -1/-1 counter, and Luminous Broodmoth triggers if Lesser Masticore didn't have flying
3. Resolve the persist trigger, if applicable, returning Lesser Masticore from your graveyard to the battlefield with either a -1/-1 counter on it
4. Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, if applicable, returning Lesser Masticore from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it if Lesser Masticore is still in your graveyard
5. Repeat
