Prerequisites

• Famished Paladin on the battlefield
• Presence of Gond on the battlefield
• Leyline of Vitality on the battlefield
• Presence of Gond attached to Famished Paladin
• Famished Paladin does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Famished Paladin by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Elf Warrior creature token
2. When the Elf Warrior enters the battlefield, Leyline of Vitality triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
3. Famished Paladin triggers, untapping itself
4. Repeat
