Soulless Jailer, and Knowledge Pool

Prerequisites

• Soulless Jailer on the battlefield
• Knowledge Pool on the battlefield

Steps

1. Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, Knowledge Pool triggers, exiling the spell and allowing them to cast another nonland card exiled by Knowledge Pool without paying its mana cost
2. Because Soulless Jailer prevents noncreature spells from being cast from exile, no player may cast noncreature spells as permitted by Knowledge Pool

Results

• Exile all spells players cast from their hand
• Players cannot cast noncreature spells exiled by Knowledge Pool
