Steps

2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying
3. Naru Meha enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Settle Beyond Reality targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Settle Beyond Reality, blinking Naru Meha
5. Repeat from step 3
