• Naru Meha, Master Wizard in hand

Steps

1. Cast Moment of Reckoning by paying its mana cost Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
2. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Moment of Reckoning
3. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Naru Meha
4. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Moment of Reckoning Resolve the Moment of Reckoning copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Repeat from step 3

Results

• Destroy any number of nonland permanents
• Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature
• Infinite ETB
