Steps

2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost reduced by Ballad of the Black Flag
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Avatar's Wrath Resolve Avatar's Wrath, airbending Naru Meha
4. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha from exile by paying due to Ballad of the Black Flag
5. Repeat from step 3
