• Obscura Charm in hand
• Naru Meha, Master Wizard in hand
• Painter's Servant on the battlefield
• Phantasmal Image in the graveyard
• Any color besides "Blue" chosen with Painter's Servant
• available

Steps

1. Cast Obscura Charm by paying
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying
3. Naru Meha enters the battlefield, copying Obscura Charm
4. Resolve the copy of Obscura Charm, returning Phantasmal Image from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Naru Meha
5. Put Phantasmal Image into your graveyard due to the legend rule
6. Phantasmal Image's enters-the-battlefield ability triggers, copying Obscura Charm
7. Repeat from step 4
