Steps

1. Cast Entering by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Entering
4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Entering, with the copy targeting Naru Meha Resolve the Entering copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 3
