• Naru Meha, Master Wizard in hand
• Dread Return in hand

Steps

1. Cast Dread Return by paying its mana cost Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
2. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Dread Return
3. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha
4. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Dread Return Resolve the Dread Return copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Repeat from step 3
