• Release to the Wind in hand

Steps

1. Cast Release the Wind by paying , targeting any nonland permanent
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha, Master Wizard by paying
3. Naru Meha, Master Wizard enters the battlefield, copying Release to the Wind
4. Resolve the Release to the Wind copy, exiling Naru Meha, Master Wizard
5. Repeat from step 2
