Prerequisites

• Release to the Wind in hand or in the command zone
• Naru Meha, Master Wizard in hand
• plus commander tax if applicable available

Steps

1. Cast Release to the Wind by paying Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Release to the Wind, targeting Naru Meha
2. Resolve the Release to the Wind copy, exiling Naru Meha Cast Naru Meha from exile without paying its mana cost
3. Repeat from step 3
