Steps

1. Cast Necromantic Selection by paying
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Necromantic Selection
4. Resolve the copy of Necromantic Selection, destroying all creatures and returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Repeat from step 3
