Steps

- Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying and commander tax if applicable
- Naru Meha enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Essence Flux targeting Naru Meha
- Resolve the copy of Essence Flux, blinking Naru Meha
- Repeat from step 3
