• Bloodthrone Vampire on the battlefield
• Stitch Together in hand

Steps

1. Cast Stitch Together by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Stitch Together
4. Holding priority, activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Naru Meha, giving Bloodthrone Vampire +2/+2 until end of turn
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Stitch Together Resolve the Stitch Together copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 3
