Steps

1. Cast Behold the Sinister Six! by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Behold the Sinister Six!
4. Holding priority, activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Naru Meha, giving Bloodthrone Vampire +2/+2 until end of turn
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Behold the Sinister Six! Resolve the Behold the Sinister Six! copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 3
