Prerequisites

• Planewide Celebration in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Naru Meha, Master Wizard in hand
• You have at least one permanent card in your graveyard
• available

Steps

1. Cast Planewide Celebration by paying , choosing the first mode three times and the third mode once
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying
3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha, adding
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Planewide Celebration
6. Resolve the Planewide Celebration copy, creating three 2/2 Citizen creature tokens and returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to your hand
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing the Citizens, adding
8. Repeat from step 2
