Steps

1. Cast Flicker of Fate by paying , targeting any creature or enchantment you control
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying
3. Naru Meha enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Flicker of Fate targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Flicker of Fate, blinking Naru Meha
5. Repeat from step 3
