Steps

1. Cast Flicker by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Flicker, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Naru Meha
5. Repeat from step 3
