Steps

1. Cast Slip On the Ring by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Slip On the Ring, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Slip On the Ring, blinking Naru Meha
5. Repeat from step 3
