Steps

1. Cast Ascend from Avernus by paying
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying
3. Naru Meha enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Ascend from Avernus
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha, causing target player to mill cards equal to Naru Meha's power
5. Resolve the copy of Ascend from Avernus, returning all creature and planeswalker cards with mana value four or less from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 3
