Steps

1. Cast Demonic Gifts by paying , targeting any creature
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying
3. Naru Meha enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Demonic Gifts, targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Demonic Gifts, giving Naru Meha +2/+0 until end of turn and causing Naru Meha to return to the battlefield when it dies this turn
5. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Naru Meha
6. Naru Meha dies, returning itself to the battlefieldt
7. Repeat from step 3 an arbitrarily large number of times
8. Resolve all Viscera Seer abilities, causing you to scry 1 an infinite number of times
