Prerequisites

• Baral's Expertise in hand or in the command zone
• Naru Meha, Master Wizard in hand
• plus commander tax if applicable available

Steps

1. Cast Baral's Expertise by paying
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Baral's Expertise, targeting Naru Meha
3. Resolve the copy of Baral's Expertise, returning Naru Meha from the battlefield to your hand, and casting Naru Meha from your hand without paying its mana cost
4. Repeat from step 3

• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB

• Infinite storm count
• Return any number of artifacts and/or creatures to their owners' hands
