• Blur in hand
• plus commander tax if applicable available

Steps

1. Cast Blur by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost plus commander tax if applicable When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Blur, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
3. Resolve the copy of Blur, blinking Naru Meha
4. Repeat from step 3
